We verify site measurements and refine the agreed design brief. You review the proposed layout and practical requirements.

Approve the details

Review drawings, materials, specifications and the confirmed scope before the relevant orders or work proceed.

Execute & coordinate

Work progresses to the agreed programme. We coordinate the services in your scope and discuss decisions or changes with you.

Review & hand over

Walk through the completed scope together, record any outstanding items and receive the agreed handover information.
