BEFORE WE BEGIN
A little clarity, before the first conversation.
Practical answers about choosing your scope, making selections and bringing the agreed work together.
Choosing your scope
Can we work on selected spaces?
Yes. Start with an individual service or combine the scopes your home needs. Complete Interiors brings the relevant services into one coordinated design; it does not require every item to be replaced.
What is included in Complete Interiors?
The agreed combination of kitchens and wardrobes, bathrooms and essentials, walls and lighting, and furniture and soft furnishings. Layouts and bespoke details are coordinated across the home. Exact inclusions and responsibilities are recorded in your scope.
Can we keep existing furniture and finishes?
Yes. Tell us which pieces or finishes you want to retain. Their dimensions, condition and compatibility with the proposed work inform the plan.
Are civil work, flooring and automation included?
They are not automatic inclusions. Flooring, demolition, waterproofing, plumbing changes, doors, windows and automation need a specific assessment and written agreement. Relevant specialist responsibilities are identified before the work is finalised.
Style, materials and investment
Do I have to choose one design direction?
No. Design Directions are starting points to help explain preferences. The final design should reflect your space and taste, with a coherent combination of forms and materials.
Are Essential, Signature and Luxe fixed packages?
No. They illustrate material, product and detailing choices. You can select different levels across rooms or individual elements. The care in workmanship remains consistent.
Can I execute a moodboard exactly as shown?
A moodboard gives a coordinated design reference. Product availability, measurements and physical samples determine the final selections. Screen colours and palette references are not approved supplier specifications.
Why is pricing available on consultation?
An accurate quotation needs the scope, measurements, existing conditions and selected specifications. We do not publish unapproved price ranges. Review the inclusions and assumptions alongside the total.
Planning and delivery
What should I bring to the first conversation?
A floor plan if available, photographs of the existing space, your priorities and any reference images. An approximate investment expectation and intended timing help frame the discussion.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on design approvals, procurement, site readiness and the agreed execution scope. The sequence and expected timeline are discussed for your project rather than promised as a universal duration.
How are revisions and changes handled?
Design revision allowances and approval stages should be defined in the proposal. Changes to approved work need a review of specification, investment and timing before the affected work proceeds.
Who supplies and installs the selected items?
Supply, procurement, delivery, installation and coordination responsibilities are agreed for each part of the scope. An inspiration image or service description is not a supply commitment.
